I really liked this pick at first. His QB rating in college was nice(link) and he has so much potential to be a great QB. I am not sure his head is fully in the game as it should be to play great football. He seems to be showing signs that he wants to be the guy, but he better bring it quick before he gets the boot out of the NFL.

I think that's a great assessment - his head doesn't seem to be where it needs to be sometimes. I know he can perform at a high level because at LSU he was a big-time play maker. There just seems to be some sort of disconnect.
