This is how most of us think,we blow a few important games, then we fire our coach.
new guy comes in, learns our players then gets fired.

No wonder everyone in the nfl knows how to play us and beat us, the rest of the teams coordinators used to coach us.
Every year we paly man to man, we go for the deep ball,..... fire coach.

How lame is that?

Then after not having any continuity what so ever, our defensive players continue to commit stupid bonehead penalties that give away games.

This is the raider way.Hopefully mckenzie brings in a tough coach that will instill accountability and some discipline.No more just win baby....Just play smart football and stop committing stupid penalties to give us a chance to win baby sounds more like it.


I dont even make sense but it sure feels good to vent.Damn I'm pissed
