Default Hue Jackson to stay as Head Coach...

I'm happy to hear this. I really think he deserves another year with hopefully healthier players.

Sources: Jackson to remain Raiders head coach

Raiders

I still think Huey is on a short leash or already out. Hue's ego is bigger than anything and I think he may have benched players over it. That is not a great way to coach. If he does stay he needs to game plan better and get the Raiders ready to play EVERY game.

I think our new GM will keep him in check. He does have a enormous ego and that will go away once Mr. McKenzie sets him straight. If not, then he should be removed.

More Jackson network updates
By Jerry McDonald - NFL Writer
Sunday, January 8th, 2012 at 1:35 pm in Oakland Raiders.

Keeping track of Hue Jackson reports from various NFL analysts:

Charley Casserly of The NFL Today on CBS said he spoke with both Jackson and his agent, and that Jackson has not been fired. Casserly said Kennard McGuire, the agent for both Jackson and new general manager Reggie McKenzie, told him McKenzie “planned to come in this week and evaluate the entire organization.”

Jay Glazer of The NFL on Fox reported McKenzie was to meet with Jackson Monday and that it was his feeliing Jackson would remain as head coach.

The Raiders made no announcements Sunday and aren’t expected to say anything until Tuesday, when McKenzie is introduced at a 2 p.m. press conference.

I think Hue screwed up big time with his last press conference cause he pinned the loss solely on his players and thats a no no in the N.F.L. if he is let go its cause of that press conference and nothing else the good thing in all of this is that we still have Al Saunders and he knows the offense very well if McKenzie decides that its time for Hue to go

Lets not forget Reggie McKenzie is getting a pretty good team here that really just needs more Guidance and discipline that is something i believe Hue lacks.

Hue could be a very good coach but he lacks discipline just look at his play calling he is to Reckless as a play caller and i'm talking about all those Bone head plays on fourth down to many emotional calls he needs to be more disciplined.Thats the way this team plays Reckless you can't win that way last year when Cable was the coach the TEAM looked ready to play pretty much every sunday not this year cause Hue was to busy looking cute for the reporters and talking Mad Shit about being bullies hey Hue you know how you become a bully by Winning you piece of shit i Hope he gets Canned and that we get a coach that wants to coach and have the respect of his players cause we all know Hue lost some of the players in the Locker room with his ranting to the media about being pissed at the players if Al was alive he would of fired Hue ASAP and we all know that.

Sorry but i wanted Hue as our coach i did but after that show he put in the Houston game him crying it just did not seem genuine to me it looked staged i been following the Raiders since the 70's as a kid i never met Al Davis personally but i knew everything about him and everything he did for his players the League and the Game that i felt i Knew him and every true Raider fan knows what i'm talking about. Hue Jackson is not a True Raider his mouth is just to BIG he talks to much maybe Reggie Mckenzie will give him the opportunity to make it right we'll know on Tuesday.

well either way Hue is out the next next year if no playoff run. no draft picks to gain from. Lets see what this new GM can do with this cluster fuck.

Raiders

I don't think the players are buying into Hue as long as Al Saunders is still here and if the G.M. decides to make the change and keeps Saunders which i believe he should cause the Offense is not the problem its the D then i believe we will be ok cause Saunders can be the Offensive Cordinator so the Offense stays the same with Palmer and Dmac leading the way and whoever he brings in which we all think its Winston Moss a defensive minded coach then were good.
