Yeah, I read somewhere that he is scheduled to make 11.5 million - that is going to hurt in free agency unless he agrees to restructure. However, after the Raiders foolishly fired Coach Jackson prematurely, who worked to bring him to Oakland, who can say how Palmer will react. It seems, that at the very least, he may be less inclined to restructure his contract with the Raiders.
