These moves we have made are not the greatest moves in NFL history but they are moves that were made none the less. Now DA does not have much for credentials as far as being a HC but he has potential. Sadly this can go both ways he could be the next Madden or the next Kiffin. Am i excited by the hire, not really but i am not as angry as most seem to be. I would have liked a better more seasoned coach but alas we dont get one. Hiring Knapp actually upset me more then DA. You can say he didnt get a fair shake before and while that may be true he did not really show much ever to say hey its the players and not my schemes. Our new DC is what could make or break this for me.

Yes ill still be a Raider fan but this does look to be a scrap job from what we have to create something new. If that is indeed the plan then i am not happy we have a team with potential to win. I hope its not wasted.
