Let the crying and bitching continue.... As I recall, isn't he a run up the middle type of coach - was he with the Raiders under Cable? If so, that offense was really bad. Therefore, McFadden may not fit Knapp's offense, so I guess McFadden is going to be leaving, bah. This is seriously looking real grim for Raider fans. Bah, Coach Saunders should have been considered.

Just to remind everyone - KC is still looking for an OC and Jackson and now Saunders are available. Meanwhile the Raiders hired Knapp.

He and Kiffin were the architects of the McCown/Culpepper/Russell fiasco. Knapp is a WCO nut. So the NEW offense is bound to be as complex and as confusing as possible. We WERE in a situation with a smart big-armed QB going into a full offseason with his young fast receivers and getting ready to get the timing down and get comfortable. Well you can fucking stick a fork in that because it's DONE. |

Wow, all I can do is sit here and shake my head. I read an article that said Dennis Allen is coming to us after a "standout" season as DC in Denver. Well if that was a stand-out season then we've all lowered our bars way too much. 24th in points allowed. That's Allen's standout season - his ONLY season as a coordinator in the NFL. DEN's point differential this season was -81. Now Knapp. So much for "importing success." Fuck this. Last edited by DeadRinger; January 31st, 2012 at 02:33 PM. |
